Do not get stressed out trying to get everything ready on time.
Don't take any unnecessary items with you.
All of the following have been thought of on your arrival:
- The beds are freshly made
- In both bathrooms there are enough towels; there are fresh carpets on the floor.
- Bath towels for hot tub and sauna
- In the kitchen enough kitchen towels
- A free basic assortment of herbs, oil and vinegar
- In the kitchen, breakfast accessories (Senseo coffee, milk, sugar, butter, jam) are provided for at least the first morning of your stay.
- FINAL CLEANING is included.

During the months of July and August, the house is only rented per week, from Saturday to Saturday.
If the rental period is two weeks, a 5% discount is given.
For the use of electricity, wood and water, a flat rate of € 75 per night is calculated.
This flat rate includes:
- Electricity
- Water
- Firewood for built-in fireplace - hot tub
- Household waste
- Charcoal for bbq
- Accessories for breakfast (Senseo pads, tea, nutella, jam, caramelized biscuits, butter, hot cog, ..)
- Essential oils sauna - hot tub
- Dishwashing liquid - dishwasher product
- Toilet paper, kitchen paper, trash bags
- Various assortment kitchen herbs, oils, sauces ...
Per extra day before or after the standard renting periods, a flat rate of € 150 in low season,
in mid season and in high season is calculated, even if this day is the day of departure in the evening instead of at noon, 12.00 hrs.
